Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Bemgu opens in any browser — from your Airbnb link or from the QR in the apartment. Nothing to install, no app store. Guests can optionally add it to their home screen for one-tap access and push messages, but that is entirely their choice.
Does it work with Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com?
Yes. Paste in your calendar links and bookings sync automatically, whichever platform a guest booked through — or add direct bookings yourself. The pre-arrival link is verified on Airbnb messages today. Vrbo and Booking.com guests get the same page from the QR on arrival. We haven’t tested the pre-arrival link on either yet, so the setup steps cover Airbnb today.
Do guests have to scan the QR?
Only if they didn’t open your Airbnb link. Guests who did already have the page — it unlocks on check-in day by itself. The QR in the apartment is the backup, and the way in for everyone else.
How does the AI city guide work?
We generate a guide for the apartment’s exact street — cafés, restaurants, sights and practical spots — for any city in the world, and refresh it over time. Your own host picks sit alongside it.
How does the revenue share work?
When a guest books through GetYourGuide or Tiqets on Portfolio, you earn a share — the guest books directly with the provider, so you are never the middleman and hold no inventory. Viator is the exception: Viator does not permit host accounts on our pages, so those commissions go to Bemgu. The figures shown are illustrative; the actual share varies by provider.
Can I cancel anytime?
